I was awake pretty early. I got up, took my morning meds and the first biotin supplement of the day, and made coffee.

My nurse and doctor from the psychiatric clinic called me, we discussed my well- being and then agreed for a new appointment.

I did the skincare regiment, put lotion on my body, and got dressed.

I had received money today, so I paid a commission to my darling long- time friend Candy, and then I went out for errands.

I recharged my travel card and then I took a train downtown and went to an eco- shop. I bought laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.

I went to the stationery shop and bought a pink ink pen. When I walked through the empty corridors of the mall, I found myself gasping for breath because I felt so sad; I started chanting, under my breath "Make every day happy, make every day happy, make every day happy..." I found myself thinking that I can find something happy from every day.
I took a train to my parents' hometown and called my mother on the way there, she told me it's okay for me to come over.

Once at my parents' home, my father came home with take away food, and he gave me half of his boiled vegetables with BBQ sauce.

I traveled to another town and then back home. I put my belongings to their rightful place and the trash into recycling.

Mirette sent me to the shops to buy an ingredient for her macaroni casserole. Once I brought it to her home, I left at the same time and went for an urbane adventure.

I took a bus to another town, and then the same bus back home.

Once back at my hometown, I went to the post office to pick up my package; a small jar of Cherry lip scrub by Lush, with a small complementary face mask as a gift. Then I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescribed medication.

I went back home, put all my shopping to their rightful places, put all the trash into recycling, and then I used the lip scrub. I also cleaned my face with micellar water and put on eyelash serum.

I also decided that from now on when I do the everyday skincare routines, I will use the products on my neck as well.

Tomorrow I will do the usual housework; tidy up the bathroom, change the towels, wash laundry, and take out the recycling. Mirette and I will go for a cycling trip.

On Sunday, I will go visit my parents. I will call my granny, and my dad will give me the weekly allowance.
