Well, it's a nice change for having nightmares

Feb 12, 2020 22:08

Last night I had a dream where I walked along Montmartre bare- footed and felt like I was walking on knives, the soles of my feet hurt so badly that it was like the litte mermaid from the Hard Core Andersen story. I went to the Deux Moulins cafe and shot a bullet into my head.

In another dream I was in the scouts, we had to go through a simulation to prepare for kayaking in icy waters. I overslept and got up to put on the first dress that I found, without any leggings; I got caught eating a whole bag of shrimp- flavored crisps that were supposed to be shared, and I said "Well, it was a nice change for eating sh*t!"

I was already awake when my alarm clock rang at 7:15 in the morning, I quickly turned it off so as not to bother Mirette, and continued sleeping.
I got up at 11 in the morning, took my meds and put on clothes and went to the health center. There was a beautiful sunshine, it had snowed during the night but by now it had turned into slush.

I got the queue number 75, there was this weird woman before me who kept talking to herself aloud (usually when I talk to myself, I mutter under my breath) and said that the nurses were probably having group sex in the side room instead of helping the patients. After her turn was over, she told me that she didn't receive any help.

Anyway, I told the nurse that my throat feels dry, I feel hot, my runny nose has turned even runnier, and my head hurts. The nurse looked into my mouth and measured my temperature; she told me it's 37,2 degrees, which is a bit hot but not too much. She told me to gargle with water infused with sea salt, and to stay in rest for a couple of weeks.

I took a train downtown and went to the parish. There were a couple of oldish people in heated discussion about the history of Finnish politics.
I drank coffee, and then I traveled back home.

Me and Mirette were in a good mood and kept on joking and larking. We took the same bus to downtown and went to Horror Shop, Perkele was just leaving but we managed to give him hugs and wish him a happy birthday.

We had a few pieces of cake, I asked the shop assistant to put aside a dress I wanted to buy next week.
Suavecito came over later, he brought Perkele some gifts.

I took a bus to downtown and then a subway to east, and went to the library. There was a knitting & novel reading group, the reader was an adorable looking man who read us two Sherlock Holmes novels.

I knitted as well as I could; the current Mother Teresa blanket square is half shabby and half neat.
Anyway, after the group I caught a bus and then another bus back to my hometown.

Once back home, I took my evening medicine and the last biotin supplement of the day, and then I took the plastic, paper, carton, glass, and metal waste to recycling and fetched the laundry from the downstairs drying room.

I went back home, and put the canvas bags where I keep the recyclable waste into the washing machine.

Tomorrow, as soon as I am up from my bed, I will wash all the dirty laundry there is, and take it to the drying room. I will go to the stationery shop to ask the shop assistant to set aside 20 Valentine's day cards; then I will travel to Fountain House and iron my laundry.
After that, I will go to movies to see Kinky Boots. I will go back home, pack for the sleepover, and then go over to Mirette's father's apartment where she will have a sauna in the evening. I will stay for the sleepover.

On Friday, I will receive the weekly and monthly allowance. I will recharge my travel card for two weeks, pay a bill, pay Mirette back a debt (she bought me pizza and I also broke one of her drinking glasses by accident), and take Mirette out to a cafe to celebrate Valentine's day.
Once back at my hometown, I will buy all the Valentine's day cards, write them and stamp them and mail them, and I also need to visit a few places of business to give out the cards; my nurse, my dressmaker, the nice librarian lady.

On Saturday, Mara will come over to help me tidy up. I need to hoover and mop the floor including in the bathroom and under the furniture.
As for the rest of the money, I will buy the treats for the Valentine's day party.

On Sunday, I will wash the dishes, tidy up the bathroom, and take out the recycling.
The guests will start arriving after four o'clock in the afternoon.
After the party, I will go see my parents and take my bicycle there so my father can fix it. He will also give me the weekly allowance, and I will call my granny.
In the evening, I will go see the movie Jojo Rabbit.
