I had dreams about the games Overwatch and Undertale, and dreams where I traveled into different Finnish towns.
I got up a little before eleven o’clock, took my morning medicine, put on the same clothes I wore yesterday, and had coffee and cocoa for breakfast.
Suavecita made macaroni casserole for lunch. I went outside with them to cuddle their dogs; surprisingly enough, Jofa didn’t bark or bite too much. I guess they are getting calmer and gentler now that they’re older, or they’re simply getting used to me.
Suavecita gave me a bottle of dry shampoo that smells like “floral blush”, I think I’ll use it from now on.
Later the day Suavecita drove me to their uncle’s house where they gave them some of the casserole. We also petted Rölli the dog, and chatted with Suavecita’s cousin.
Suavecita drove me to my parents’ hometown. I went to the station, there were some punk rockers and metalheads drinking beer, but I didn’t mind, because all alternative people are my friends.
I took a train to Helsinki, then a subway, and went to the thrift store where the Fantastic Four had been yesterday, and I bought two articles of clothing; a Marimekko dress with green and darker green stripes, and a light purple crop top with a picture of a mermaid. I also got a discount card for the thrift shop.
I was glad I made it there before the shop was closed. I went to the nearest convenience store, and bought a small bottle of orange juice to freshen up, and also a green ribbon that raises funds for helping the mentally ill.
I traveled back to my home town, and went straight back home.
I cut the price tags off the clothes, took the sheets off my bed and washed them with towels after replacing them, took out the recycling, washed three loads of laundry, scrubbed the toilet bowl, and kept the windows open to let fresh air in. I also recharged my smartphone, knitted a quilt square, wrote into my diary, and watched The Good Place on Netflix.
Later the day I went out for errands, and took four bags of second- hand clothes, jewelry, shoes and other stuff to a charity shop container. Then I went to the pharmacy to pick up my allergy medicine, and went to the supermarket to buy a greeting card for a friend’s kid who has their birthday next week.
Once back home, I made some coffee and when I drank it, I noticed that my hands were shaking. I also felt frustrated and anxious for no reason at all.
I felt extremely weird, I guessed it was because of my low blood sugar so I made myself a couple of sandwiches, and took a hot shower to calm my nerves.
I slept on the sofa- bed because I didn’t feel like putting fresh sheets into my bed just yet.
Tomorrow I am going to visit my parents, I will walk there and back. When I leave, I will take the rest of the second- hand clothes and stuff to the charity shop container.
I also have to do the rest of the housework, such as hoover the floor and my bed, and put clean sheets into it.
