Christmas mail

Dec 19, 2017 22:00

I had plenty of nice dreams last night. I would gladly stay asleep for the rest of my life, so I could continue having nice dreams.

I got up at eleven o'clock in the morning. I took my morning medicine, put lotion on my skin, got dressed and put on a necklace and earrings.

I didn't have enough spoons for brushing my teeth and eating a decent breakfast, or actually I would have had if I didn't spend the morning scrolling through my Facebook feed and guzzling cocoa.

I checked the balance of my bank account. I had received the weekly allowance, so I bought myself a ticket to see the movie Hamlet in March 2018.

I called my mother and asked her if I can come over, she said it's alright.

I decided to walk to my parents' home. I hadn't eaten a decent breakfast so I was a bit worried that my blood sugar would get low, but I knew that I could eat at my parents' home.

Once at my parents' home, I drank coffee and orange juice, and ate feta cheese and tomatoes and dark grapes.

I helped mom bake a Christmas cake, and gave her one of the knitted blanket squares I had finished.

Later the day I left, I thought of visiting Helsinki but decided to go back to Hometown. I took a train instead of walking.

I bought two gifts for my friend Zoya, and a pair of new Christmas earrings for myself.

Once back home, I opened the door to my apartment and noticed that I had received a notification about a package waiting for me in the nearest post office. I knew immediately that it was from Zoya. I grabbed the notification and went to the post office to fetch the package, and had to keep myself from jumping up and down from pure happiness!

Once back home, I noticed that I had also received two Xmas cards, both from my Finnish friends Pinky and Pethruska. I had also received two of my Etsy orders, the one with the Transformers Spark Flower badge and the one with the Capricorn necklace.

As for Zoya's package, I received the following things: three pairs of awesome colourful socks, two pairs of nummy Fair Trade chocolate, two Roller Derby girl dolls, a funny keychain that makes farting noises xD, a gorgeous pewter mermaid pendant, a notebook, and this gorgeous figure fashioned out of metal, an angel holding a heart- shaped piece of glass. I think I will hang it on my window.
And of course, an Xmas and birthday card! THANK YOU SO MUCH, you wonderful cutie angel Ramone!

I put everything to their rightful places, and then I went to the post office again. I bought two packages for mailing Zoya her own gifts, and another for mailing Suavecita's package to Elysion. I also mailed the rest of the Xmas cards.

Once back home, I took the inflatable mattress and some other stuff downstairs to the storage room.

I also set the dirty dishes to soak, I will wash them later tomorrow.
I started feeling anxious, as usually in the evenings. I wish I knew the reason behind my anxiety bouts so I knew how to treat it.

I am a pathetic kind of perfectionist; if everything is not in order, I feel like it's the end of the world.
No matter how much I try to convince myself that it's only the chemical imbalance in my brains that's causing it, I can't seem to be able to agree.

Tomorrow I will go see my mother, she will give me the monthly allowance. I need to recharge my travel card for a month. I don't know what to do for the rest of the day.
