computer trouble
So, the fake SPN file definitely downloaded a virus thingy on my computer. ("Sin punishes itself" as they say - that's what I get for doing illegal stuff.) F-Secure recognizes it as "Trojan.Win32.Obfuscated.bl" whatever that means, but neither removing it or fighting it seems to work. This makes me nervous. Having an unremovable Trojan on my computer seems like a bad thing, even if so far I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. (Well, the computer keeps claiming it can't recognize a USB unit even though I'm not using a USB unit, but it's been doing that for days. I suspect the cats' habits of pissing everywhere might have caused a short-circuit somewhere.)
So, I'm pretty nervous about this. Is there anything I can do, and in that case, what?
