Bubba Ho-Tep is excellent (I own the dvd): funny, moving, weird, and can't really be categorised.

I missed tickets to Howl's Moving Castle at the Helsinki Internation Film Festival, but it should get a general release in a couple of weeks here, so I'm not too sad about it. I'm really envious that you get to see MirrorMask and Serenity *turns green with envy*.

It had a pretty good rating at rottentomatoes.com too, though I didn't check the reviews too closely. So I'm looking forward to it!

I'm really envious that you get to see MirrorMask and Serenity *turns green with envy*.

I was really worried that tickets would sell out, particularly to Serenity and to Howl, since they're showing MirrorMask twice. But it didn't! As I understand it, everyone interested must've entered at the same time, because by the time we left, the room was nearly empty and there were still tickets left.

I don't know Kielle all that well, but she was a great help to me when I first got started in the X-men fandom, so I'll try to think of something to say. Thanks for letting me know!

Bubba Hotep is awesome. It can be a bit slow at times, but it's really very funny.

The way people are pimping that film, I'm starting to fear I'll be disappointed when I see it because my expectations are too high.

Btw, Daredevil aired on TV yesterday. You never told me Kevin Smith was in it. :-)
