stupid case just won't end
Carpal Tunnel Results are in...
Had my EMG done last tuesday. Results came back with Positive Carpal tunnel in both hands. Waiting to get the report back from the doctor who requested the test done. (I posted some of this last week!)
Got a letter from the insurance company and they are saying that they are REFUSING to pay for the surgery, stating that the judge ruled they were not at fault. Which is NOT true. The jugde ruled that my old company is not at fault but left the new company ruling open ended. Hopefully my attorney can get a speedy court date and we can fight this once again.
My hopes are that I will be able to have at Least ONE of my hands fixed, at least past the first surgery, by the time my birthday rolls around next May. *sigh* I hope.
