Well, I hope your luck is better with them than my own. I never had a problem with Verizon until September.
I'm on a family plan, because it breaks down to a lot cheaper that way. I don't really use my phone for calls, save for texts, but everyone else is gabby, so, September, there was a huuuuge amount of overages because we added my dad. Okay, so our fault. We upped the plan then, but, it never took effect. So when October came around, it was the same story. Long story short, we just got all the fees and credits taken care of. In March. We finally got a correct bill that was under $200 since September. The amount of calls back and forth is insane. We got disconnected several times for 'non-payment,' for fees we weren't supposed to be paying for, that would be credited, along with rude service people acting as if my family were just dead beats trying to get out of a bill, never mind we had it on record with our hub store who so majorly helped us out with everything and communicating with Verizon itself. It took several threats and several calls to retention to get -anything- done and sorted. :/
It's one incident, but one long incident that is enough to get me turned off on them. XD Just, keep an eye on your bill and usage, and check your plan constantly and check the usage during the month lest you have to deal with the dreaded customer service. Yeah, I have no quips about reception or getting my calls through, just customer service. No. Do not want. :hugs:
