I've mapped out the next steps in my life to propel me to both personal and professional success. It's going to require an amazing amount of discipline to pull off, but the rewards are astounding. I've separated the requirements into 3 areas. Career development, physical fitness, and personal development. Career development will involve kicking ass in the shop, busting out my quals, and being the hard charger I know how to be. Physical fitness is centered around living healthy, losing weight, working out, and going for an "Excellent" PRT score. Personal development happens after the first two. Turn my free time to productive things such as college classes, exploring Japan, and doing volunteer work. All of these things combined will not only increase the quality of my life, but propel my career ahead at an amazing pace. All 3 factors are needed for a great evaluation, and when the time comes for advancement opportunities, the discipline gained from developing these areas of my life, will set me above my peers.
Mission objective 1 - Do my job safely and to the best of my ability
Mission objective 2 - Sustained superior performance
Mission objective 3 - Be happy
Just gotta stay on track.
