definately should have eaten a lot more. can you take a handful of almonds or peanuts to work? you seem to be really short on protein, what are your caloric goals per day?

the crappy thing about dieting, is if you eat too little, when you start eating more, the body thinks you're starving and stores it all as fat :( i'm still struggling with that

I agree with you VERY much. Awesome idea about the almonds or peanuts- I could do that!!!!

Sometimes I eat WAY too much or WAY too little- I just gotta get this right! Thanks for commenting and for your helpful suggestion!!!

it does look like you could have eaten some more and been on track, just try not to fall into that trap too often.

however, i see one HUGE improvement - NO pepsi!!! YAY!!!!!!
