February 16th Accountability

Breakfast/Lunch: Two pieces of 12 grain toast
                                Peach
                                Skim Milk

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Panini
              Banana

Snack: Two string cheese sticks

Water, Water, Water.

All in all I am happy with today- but feel as though I did not eat enough.  Mondays are SO long and hectic that sometimes I eat too little...and then other times since I ate so little I come home and binge.......

But it is ok...today I did well....just should have eaten a little more
