I can't believe it's September!
Hey everyone...can you?? Well, we had a week off about 2 weeks ago. I went to the Kenny Chesney concert with some friends I hadn't seen in a while. It was so much fun!! I'm so glad I finally go to see him after waiting 5 years!! We took Tommy to the zoo on Tom's birthday. It was fun, he kept saying "rhino". haha...he's so sweet! Then on Wednesday, we went to Hard Rock Cafe and then to the Tigers game. They ended up losing, but not a big surprise lately! On Saturday, our friends got together (finally!) and went to JD's Key CLub in Pontiac! SO much fun...except for the aftermath with Tom's puking! Ick....I could've killed him. So the next day, we just stayed home! Yuck, yuck!
The past week I have worked alot...of course. I worked at Starbucks on Wednesday on the main floor. It was really fun...I've never even been to a Starbucks, so I was nervous. But a few Caffe Americanos, and Caramel Machiattos later, I think I have a slight idea of what I'm doing. All I know is that Strawberries and Creme Frappucino will be the death of me! I never knew that they had a non-coffee drink! Look out!
I worked 11-7:30 Friday and Saturday. I was supposed to work that shift yesterday, but I ended up switching with someone who was not scheduled!! haha...oh well! Sundays off are the best! Tommy and I took a walk while Tom cut the grass. Then, we cleaned the house, which it so needed because of last Sunday!! Ick!
Today we are heading over my mom's house for Labor Day. I am bringing Apple Pie, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Vanilla ice cream! It'll be nice to see Tami...I bet she is really big!! Only two more months, and I'll have another niece/nephew!! Yeah!!
So..this week my schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:45-12:15p, and Friday 5:30-2!! Have a good one!!
