(no subject)
Hey all! I have been busy today!
I worked from 8-12. Tom and I had to go to Oak Ridge for some misc. items that we forgot at Meijer on Sunday! Luckily, they were all on sale!! :)
I called all the halls in my area to get prices for our baby shower. Yeah!! I think we found a close hall that is CHEAP!! It is pretty shady, but ya know, that's where I live, so I'll have to deal with it! Good thing the shower will be over before dark! hehe, just kidding!
We are having it at DeCarlos at 10 & Mound in Warren. I have to check with my mommy first, but it is the best deal, by FAR! I have to call her after 5, when she gets home.
I am cooking Tom's dinners today. yeah! Chicken cacciatore alla pasta and fried chicken and rice! Yesterday I made him some pasta and brownies. Ymmmm, the brownies were/are soo good! I usually burn them, so I was pleasantly surprised!!!
This weekend was great! Friday, Kristin and I met Sarah for dinner at Macaroni Grill. I have to admit, I don't care for "chain" Italian restaurants all that much! All the ones we go to are family owned...I think I'm picky about my Italian. That's why I HATE Olive Garden!! ICK!
Anyways, we had a good time. I still haven't had any luck looking for maternity clothes. When I get $$, I am going to Motherhood Maternity at Oakland Mall. They seem to have not too expensive things, so I'm very excited to see that place!! My stomach is getting huge!!
On Saturday, my mom, Tami, and I went shopping for my mommy's birthday. We ate at Big Boy by Great Lakes Crossing. We shopped most of the day at Talbot's outlet. My mom LOVES that place. Oddly enough, I ran in to Tom's aunt Vincetta! I LOVE her! She is sooo cute..funny thing that I was just talking about her and going over to her house on the 3rd! I can't wait, I love that family!!
I got my hair cut on Saturday too! Ok, so I have bangs now. They are cute, but I haven't had them in like 8 years. I feel different. But at least I got my hair cut! The last time I was there was July 29...hello, before I was PG!! That is forever ago!
Sunday, Tom and I went to church. Tom watched the game....I took Halloween stuff down and did laundry. We ate at Pizza Hut and went grocery shopping after that. We came home to watch our shows!! YEAH!!
Yesterday, I felt like doing nothing. I barely did a thing! Oh well!
