(no subject)
It's hot today. I want to go to the park, but I'm going to wait until later, around 5 - when hopefully the sun isn't quite as hot. I got up early and went to yoga with Jess. We made breakfast, and she brought me home. Now, I'm watching In Her Shoes - a movie I've seen approx 85 times. My To-Do includes finishing a unit plan for the 6 weeks of Social Studies- thrilling, I know. But then, I'll go to the park later and hang out. I will probably go back to the gym and do some cardio unless something more exciting comes along.
I met a guy from ok cupid last week. He was boring. We had coffee and talked for an hour and a half. I was a bad date, but it was because he was boring. If you can't keep me interested for at least an hour and a half on the first date, it's probably not going to work between us. He didn't call, but I was a bad date and neither wanted him to or expected him to do so. I'm meeting another one this week. He seems more promising, but we will see if we can successfully hold a conversation with each other for over an hour without getting bored. He's 32 - which is a little out of my age range, to be honest, but we shall see how it goes.
I am thoroughly enjoying my last two weeks of summer and putting off going into Stetson for as long as humanly possible. Going to Ocean City, Maryland this weekend with some friends from college. Should be fun. Crazy, I'm sure - knowing them, but fun.
