This weekend was one of my last trips to NY for a while, as I am going to Massachusetts next weekend, and as I find I am running out of money and must thus economize. I had been thinking of mostly food costs when I thought I could go to NY almost every weekend, but the inter-city travel costs, and various random expenses have drained my account,

Wow, I must say, that is incredibly flattering, except that I am really trying to figure out whether you're being sarcastic and to what extent. Many thanks if you are not--especially since you are posting this in reply to what could be considered the scourge of lj-dom, a "what I did over the weekend" entry. :-P

Anyway, I am glad that you took the time to introduce yourself, so that I now know who you are! I very much like both Rach and Thomas, and I shall add you back.

I have camera envy. I bought a piano from this past paycheck, and the next one will go to the purchase of a digital SLR camera. I'm sick of the point-and-shoot cameras, especially when it comes to portraiture.

It was fun when you came over. The next time we'll glam ourselves out with Breakfast on Pluto or maybe we can retro ourselves to the gills. :)
