WHEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! *picks you up and twirls you* SO EXCITED! And I actually just reloaded the AO3 page like 10 seconds before the notification email arrived in my inbox and I saw that you were on the list over there and I YAY!ed outloud and then DING this comment showed up in my inbox. I'm so glad you're doing this too! I only know one of the other people doing it so I'm all nervous that I'll be unmatchable or something, but now you're here so I'm not so nervous. /babble

That's true. It's my first Trek fic exchange too, so I'm just silly nervous. But I'm sure it'll be fine. I tried to request and offer a pretty wide-ish variety of pairings and gen, so all will be fine. *nods and takes deep breath*

Thanks for pimping Dudley! I'm really glad you're enjoying the fest. It's all going a lot better than I ever expected when we started it. I thought it might be only 3 or 4 of us who'd be interested at all.

I've been hugely impressed at how many people got on board and just the QUALITY of the submissions. Everything has been amazing! There hasn't been a single one I haven't liked, which is surprising but awesome! Thanks for doing this fest! It's been so fun!

I haven't had time to read tonnes from the Dudders fest, but what I've seen has been great. And I never would have considered him a character I'd seek out! Well done, authors. :)

I have been so delightfully surprised by just how awesome the entries have been. It always fills me with glee when an author writes a super duper rare pair that I NEVER would have even thought of and can, in a few thousand words, completely sell me on the pairing. And when it comes to Dudley-- they're ALL rare pairs! :)
