I currently have 113 works archived at AO3. Pick a number from 1 (the most recent) to 113 (the first thing I posted there), and I'll tell you three things I currently like or three random tidbits about it.
Ooooh, snap! A Dish Best Served. Talk about an outlier!
1.) I wrote this for femmefest 2014. I got luvscharlie for the exchange and knew that she knew my writing style very well. I'm rather obvious much of the time! So I vowed to come up with something totally different that she would never guess I'd written! I think I succeeded with this one, because holy crap! It's dark, revenge-y, infidelity, and unlike anything I've ever written before! I rarely write dark stuff and almost never infidelity (it's something I have no interest in reading/writing and do not find at all sexy. That said, there are exceptions to that rule, as with anything!) But she had Lavender/Rose, wrong and revenge-y for a prompt and suddenly this entire story was writing itself in my head-- in second person to boot

Yeah, I think I remember you commenting. It got a good response there, which made me pretty happy! :) I've only 2nd person twice (the other time was a Dudley story I wrote for the first dudley_redeemed. It's a fun challenge and works so well but only for certain stories. When I do write a fic in it, both times it was because the story absolutely demanded to be told that way and I was helpless to stop it! (For this story, being an exchange fic, it helped that I knew Shannon loves 2nd person, because it's a big turn off for a lot of people.)
Oh, I'm so tempted! I've always been far too intimidated by Smutty Claus. Like I remember when I first started writing and that was like the big exchange for the big names and super amazing people. I just hid out in the prompt fests for a long time! But oh, I do love a good exchange! Gift fics are so fun-- both to give and receive! I'm very nervous about not being able to complete it though. I think I'm going to give next-gen-fest and/or interhouse-fest a shot and see how well I'm able to juggle writing and the

I always have that nervous feeling of 'what if I don't get it done in time' but then I almost always do. If you don't sign up, that's alright. SC has become a lot smaller than it was at the beginning because people have just moved on over the last twelve years. And when I started, I was one of those nobodies going EEEK at all the bigger name people who were participating.
You'd definitely be more than welcome if you do decide to hop on board. :D
