We had all 4 of our boys together for Christmas!!!!!!!!! And it's what I wanted to have.
We celebrated yesterday which was strange, and was realy small which is the norm for me these last few years. I had to work late on x-mas eve. I was liucky to have it moved 2 hours early as it is and found out 1.25 hours after my altered shift started. I checked an ohour before and my shift hadn't changed. Assuming that it won't, I resigend to start at 3:15 as usual, then got a call that my shift changed. "Be there in ten!"
One day we'll have a huge family x-mas like we hade when my kids were younger and we had siters and bros-in -law together with aunts and uncles, cousins. Don't know how doable that would be in the next few years since Thomas chose to make Victoria/Vancouver his home base, my younger sister out that way as well...we'll see wht come may.
Now, I'm hoping that my shift trade will come through so I can celebrate New Years Eve. Get back to you on that.
