grr i'm sleepy

I snap out of bed, brew some coffee, grab food if I can, and haul tail to class. The pace doesn't slow as I get ready for work, throwing off my clothes almost as soon as I step in the house and running back out to barely make it to work on time.

No, I'm not chronically tardy. I'm just way too busy.

This routine is killing me. I already dropped out of the first cnu tonight show because I was too stressed. And I'm only taking 4 classes. I wish I could quit working at Red Robin, because if one thing stresses me out the most it's working there. I make myself sick sometimes. I want to devote more time to the PFAC helping them out, but I don't get paid there. I want to see my friends more often. At least I'm managing my grades.

Bah. Anyways, it's fall break. I forgot to schedule off for work and since no one could cover me I just got home today, for the first time since May. It's not really home, it's just the place where some of my family lives. At least I get to see my dog. And I took a nap, which I haven't done in forever. When my alarm went off I nearly beat my clock to death before I realized I had programmed the alarm into my cell phone, not the actual alarm clock.

As soon as I got off of work I went to Williamsburg to see Alicia and some friends to go to Busch Gardens, as we do every year, but got rained out. I seek the company more than going to the park, so we hung out at a friend's apartment to entertain ourselves with rainy day activities. By morning campus was in parts rushing rapids, with the Crim Dell overflowing into the street and waterfall steps cascading from the buildings. We went to brunch a soggy bunch.

Other things worth highlighting:
-being harrassed by customers at work. I must always remember to wear my fake wedding band.
-seeing Buckethead at Virigina Beach with Rachel. Not my normal cup of tea, but fun. We love the bassist whatshisname.
-getting to work on the Barry Moser project at school, word word.
-the internet turning itself off for a week and deciding to come back when everyone leaves for fall break. Cox=cocks.
-Abbie and Meredith' b-day, and discovering that moonshine tastes like feet
-visiting the Chrysler Museum and seeing a Bernini sculpture
