Random thoughts
When you're sleep-deprived from back-to-back morning shifts at work, and have a fangirl brain stuffed with Avatar and WoW, thoughts like these are the result:
I suddenly realized that Toph reminds me of a gnome. A lot.
Mages can be both water benders and fire benders, depending on their spec.
Azula would probably roll an elemental shaman, what with the whole "shooting lightning bolts from my fingertips" bit.
However, in general the shamans in WoW must be Avatars since they control all the elements.
On a related note, Conan O'Brien did one of his "Conan on the Aisle" movie spoofs last night that included a bit on the Avatar live action movie trailer, with Aang's air bending practice punctuated by sound effects of sneezes, farts and burps. I nearly fell out of my chair. XD
