Mom and I went shopping this evening, and I got my hair cut. I've needed a haircut really badly for ages, but I never got around to making an appointment before today. Now it's just a bit below my collar--much bouncier and easier to take of. ^_^
I splurged on several manga, including the Fushigi Yugi artbook. I had checked it out of the library, only to find some spoothead had ripped out the pages in the middle, meaning like 1/4 of the book was missing. :p
I also got an adorable, tiny plush clownfish (he's actually a magnet) and a few other odds and ends from clearance racks. I got a $15 bracelet for $2.50 and a $15 crystal candleholder for $4.50! Woot! I had looked at the candleholder earlier and loved it, but I wasn't going to pay 15 bucks for it. It looks like a cross between a lotus and the silver crystal thingie that Sailor Moon uses to transform. LOL!
And a good time was had by all. Except my wallet. ;D
