Thanks! I'm usually fairly healthy, but being sick is never fun. I got my first flu shot last year, so I suppose not having one this year isn't the worst thing in the world. It's still unfortunate, though, considering how many extra germs you get exposed to working in a public library like that. :p

Last year at this time when my grandmother was alive and my mother was her full-time caregiver, I would gladly have skipped my shot for their sakes, if there was a shortage. I'm not saying I should get a shot INSTEAD of the old/infirm/high-risk/whatever patients. I was saying that in an industrialized Western nation there should at least be proper vaccinations for everyone. It's just yet another symptom of how this administration is too busy playing with their pet projects to pay attention to "little" things that affect the general population, like your friendly neighborhood library workers.
