My website/domain is down. That had BETTER be a temporary, brief thing. :p
In other news, I won a dining club card in the prize drawing for the summer book club at the library. I'd rather have had one of the gift certificates to the mall or whatever, but I guess buy-one-get-one-free at several nice restaurants between now and November is still spiffy. ;)
I broke a nail shelving large print biographies. Pity me.
Also pity me because I had to listen to really crappy music while doing aforementioned shelving. Seems it was the library's back to school "bash" on the back lawn today, complete with very mediocre local teen bands. Ug. Not only did they pretty much blow, but they were playing whiny shrieky hard rock/metal type stuff that I dislike even when it's played/sung well. >_<
Hurricane Ivan now is packing sustained winds of an incredible 165 mph!! O_O Needless to say I would NOT want to be in the Cayman Islands, western Cuba, or points north from there. Please don't rake the Florida Keys, Mr. Ivan! :(
EDIT: @#$*%^@#$!!! My website was down because my webhosting contract expired. >_< Renewal of domain and services just cost me $130! Ouch! Just what I needed after spending like $200 on vet bills. Oh well, at least I'm not paying tuition anymore, but still. Ug. :p
