Random Drabble and Thoughts on Hidan, Kakuzu, and their Masochistic Love Story (JE)
Don't you find Kakuzu and Hidan to be a perfect pair of masochists? Find them to be creepy?
As of late, authors are making a big bang out of masochistic love stories. Could this yaoi have been the usherer of the most bloody and masochistic love story?
First, there's Hidan: an immortal who cannot die so long as he kills others. (Kind of an Edward Cullen counterpart, don't you think?) He's psychotic and religious (despite his potty mouth), and he loves to agg on his partner, the greedy and collected:
Kakuzu, a bounty hunting nin. I'm not sure how to compare this rag doll of a ninja. But, in the end, they only end up as a martyr to a Romeo and Juliet tragedy. How tragic, but would they have wanted it to end any other way?
I'm not sure I'll ever be sure but I just gotta believe in one thing for sure: Hidan x Kakuzu has got to be the best damn yaoi couple I ever read about.
