Heroes? What?
No spoilers.
So due to a sale and a gift card, I managed to get the first season of Heroes for $11. (And the chorus of, "I hate you!"s rings across the country.) All well and good. I've gotten through the first five episodes so far.
So, do I fall for the gorgeous, brilliant and delightfully foreign Mohinder? Tall, dark, and great hair? No. Do I fall for the sweet, hopeful, and romantic Peter? Insecure, flirty and helpful? No. Do I fall for the talented, tortured, and sensitive Isaac? Very RENT-ish and now pretty much doomed to take heroin for the rest of his life? No.
The character I find the most fascinating? Matt, the overweight cop who'll never pass the detective exam because he refuses to admit he's dyslexic. All he wants to do with his life is help people and love his wife. I really can't argue with that. I just keep saying, "Aww!" Oi.
