So when we moved to Lakewood, I updated my address with the bank. My car insurance is also through my bank, so I assumed they would update all of my addresses at once. This time when we moved, I read the notice from the bank more carefully and realized that I had to tell them my "vehicle location" had changed. So I went online and updated that, and immediately they told me my car insurance would cost a couple hundred dollars less this time around. !!! Apparently, I was being charged a lot more based on my address from two moves ago. Go figure.
