Just a quick update for those that might not already know, Nicholas Alexander Harrison arrived on June 22, 2005 at 10:49am. He weighed in at 8lbs. 4 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. He was delievered via c-section and I am almost fully recovered (since it's been just over a month ( Read more... )

He is beautiful! I am so happy that you and him are feeling well and are healthy. Please continue to post more pictures of Nicholas and take care of yourself :) *hug*

Aye carumba, you had a big baby, too! Almost the same size as Cameron, 'cept he was 10oz heavier. :/ And one month later!!! :)

How have you found the c-section recovery? And yeah - i'm totally with you on the breastfeeding issue. I'm giving myself a goal of 6 weeks total to decide if i can do it or not, and if not, i'm switching to formula at that point. It HURTS, but its getting better. And less frustrating. *sigh* Not at all what i thought it was going to be. I certainly don't blame you for not continuing if you can't / don't want to.

Nicholas is a really cutie, btw. :)

I had trouble with breastfeeding, too, although I guess it was working since she continued to grow. I gave it up at 6 weeks since I had to go back to work and the stupid hand pump I had was worse than useless.

Sorry I haven't sent an email about the impending visit. I tend to be rather forgetful and distracted lately. I promise to send you guys some dates this weekend, OK?
