I geekily wish she'd add me back. I said 'd'you mind if I add you, because you seem awesome and we both live in London?' and she said, 'Sure!' and I added her, but of course she didn't add me back because she has 5,560384782364877 friends on her list who are all way more into the fandom, ficwriters and so forth. And I am just some girl who works in a bookshop and spends her evenings eating cereal. It's really incredibly geeky and fangirlish of me, and I should just, y'know, get over it, but still..

I occasionally have this discussion with people - how on earth do you get to be and LJ legend? Some people just seem to be known throughout LJ and no-one really knows why.

But she is v cool and it'd be great if she added us back. One of my flist is very into HP and has been out (in a big group) with Maya a couple of times.

I've no idea, but I'm guessing it has a lot to do with being a) writing fic and b) being very good at it. Neither of which is moi!

Ooh, I wonder what she's like? You can NEVER tell what people are like from their LJs. In fact, in my experience, if people seem loud and bumptious, they're quiet and bookish, and vice versa. I bet she's very jolly though.

That's hilarious! Imagine just finding yourself being talked about like that! How weird...

I'm not sure what she's like. And she wasn't out long one time because she kept fainting and they had to send her to hospital just in case. Rock and roll.
