Hmm, I haven't done a 7 things post in a while. Let's see what I can come up with.
1. Went to the gym today (working late therefore lunchtime gym) and went spinning for the first time in about 2 years. Knackering, but I still love it. It's just a shame I can't go to lunchtime classes usually, they're so much easier! I'd forgotten how much of your body spinning works, though. Take that, fat stomach/back/legs/everything. Ha!
2. I think I may be addicted to the Pret "posh cheddar and pickle" baguette. It's so tasty! But v bad because cheese is like all fat and I'm in an obsessive period. Ah well, it's tasty. Let's concentrate on that part.
3. Heroes started again last night! It's DLing at home now (or has possibly finished) so we're going to watch it when I get in from work. Is it bad that we get so excited about a TV show? Never mind, it's going to happen anyway. Hope Peter's emo!fringe is OK...
4. Hollyoaks marathon continues. I watched about 3 episodes this morning and I've got 2 or 3 left then just this week. Why, flist? Why am I doing this to myself? It's like the Warren and Justin show at the moment and I just can't care about them. More Kris and Craig/Spike/JP, Hollyoaks people! It's what the fangirls want!
5. SPN fic reading is going well. I want to watch more of the show now but I never seem to have time! But Wincest. Hmmm. Liss has always been slightly averse to it and as someone not in that fandom my stance was "what's the problem?", but having attempted some, I'm just not sure. Same with Petrellicest (although that name just isn't as good). A bit of UST between the boys is fine by me, but I've not got into the Wincest yet. Having said that, though, the first time I read Nine/Jack slash I was squicked beyond all squickedness, but see where that's led... I shall persevere and see where it leads me. Thoughts, SPN readers?
6. Am loving the new series of DW. Martha Jones ftw, as they say. Tennant is much better this time, too. I think it was maybe the relationship/chemistry between Ten and Rose that didn't fit right last time, looking back after seeing him with Martha. Anyway, I approve, which I'm sure the PTB are relieved by. Very much looking forward to the return of Captain Jack, though. Obviously.
7. Random linkage: Possibly the best idea had on LJ ever. fandom Hallmark cards. If someone made these I would buy some.
cleolinda has parodied again. HP and the Goblet of Fire. Not read it yet but it's sure to be fried gold.
