I actually found soya milk that doesnt curdle!

Hurrah its a normal cup of tea with tasteless 'milk'. This is so difficult! I just bought Jammy Dodgers.... Before finding out they have milk in them. But I think its powdered milk so meh. Soooo annoying though it didnt last long last time but if the whole throat thing is caused by what we think it is then I dont really have a choice. Its just proving to be very difficult as going vegan wasnt my original intention.
I was talking to mum though, and wether its right or not hell I dont know but I came up with a theory. When I was a kid, because of my eczema I was told by the dr not to have dairy produce. So I had soya and whatnot then. But for years aswell my [sorry for the gross thoughts] bowels have been naffed up also. Not in the manky runny sense [ew!] but in that I have a tendency to get bunged up so to speak alot.
From what I can gather reading up, an allergy to dairy can cause stomach/bowel problems and skin problems and it can go in 7 year cycles. My eczema flared up again last year and I'm in my 21st year [7 year pattern]. So it would make sense for it to flare up badly.
Basically what my thought was, I was wondering, if with it not exactley being life threateningly severe, I've had a lactose intolerance for years. But just havnt realized it.
If so technically all these years I shouldnt have been having dairy at all anyway. Wheat and Gluten dont bother me cause I know that can tie in with it alot but dairy seems to have the gooey effect on my throat alot.
Since each individual's tolerance to lactose varies, according to the US National Institute of Health, "Dietary control of lactose intolerance depends on people learning through trial and error how much lactose they can handle."[40] Label reading is essential as commercial terminology varies according to language and regionTaken from Wikipedia
Is it just me or does all that make sense?
Either way I'm cutting dairy out of my diet so if you hear me whining about not being able to eat cheese slap me and tell me to get goats cheese! [Goat produce I can handle alot better, it just seems to be cow stuff]

lactose intolerance, unintentional veganism, soya
