I've been at my new job for one week, and so far it's been great. Slow and quiet thus far, as they train me, I learn all about the products we publish, and just sort of get to know the place and the routine. Today is a new day. Writing helps me take stress away, and stress is what makes me over eat. I am practicing exercising my will power these days, on little things that don't make a big difference. Spinning was extra hard last night. That teacher is nuts, I forget her name. But nuts in a good way. Managed to get up on time again this morning, though I absolutely did not want to. I've started putting on weight, I think. I weighed myself at a fairly high point last night, but still, I don't like what I see. I  need to start getting serious about this again.
