pedestrain forever, or until my fatal bike crash
I just got notice that my drivers liscense will expire November 7 unless I go take a road test, and I'd need to go to Ontario to take the test. I will likely fail the test if I take it anywhere other than Thunder Bay because the highway merging part will involve the 401 or some equivelant, also I know very few people with cars to lend me to take the test with anywhere else....
The thing is I am in school starting Sept. 5 (I think) and I work two jobs full time until then, one job part time after... I was hoping to get home in the Fall and spend Christmas in Toronto (closer, less expensive) but now I wonder if I will even get home at all.
So ranting to the internet seemed the thing to do....
Does anyone know any small non-401 aproximate places in Ontario with driving schools that would let me use their car? I am not predicting an overwhelming response to this...
P.S. Of course the biggest reason I want to go to Thunder Bay is to visit friends and family, but loosing my liscense is really going to suck.
