Just a little skiing accident and poor Natasha Richardson apparently died earlier tonight from complications from a head injury. No details yet.
Hubby is freaking and using the excuse to bitch about wearing helmets for skiing - which I suppose is reasonable.
Noticed this though: Richardson was skiing in Canada and when she realized she was feeling unwell, she FLOW back to Lenox Hill hospital in NYC to get treatment.
WHAT KIND OF %&(@#$% thinks its a good idea to FLY!! (high atitude, cabin pressure, delay treatment) when you have a head injury??!!!?? For crying out loud!! Common Sense PEOPLE!?!!
Gods sake, I feel very bad for the family and for the boys and for her mom and for her husband but even if you don't trust the doctors in Canada, fly the bloody Doctor up to Canada, not the freaking patient!!
