I am quite glad today is over. Today was my revisit of Salzburg, and I was living in fear that I would much up the train times somehow and miss the bus back to Pertisau, so I am relieved to be back. Despite my concerns, I had fun today! I visited the Hellbrun Palace and in particular the trick water fountains, so I have been well and truly sprinkled with water (as were many Japanese tourists - it may be mean for me to have giggled every time they shrieked, but I really couldn't help it!). I also had a quick look for the former site of the Cafe Corso but I'm not entirely sure I found it. In the end, I didn't even have to worry about trains because everything flowed easily and I even got back far earlier than I expected, hence being able to write this now and not after 8pm. I think part of the reason for my feelings is having the sense of walking the gauntlet again as there were police and security guards everywhere at Salzburg, which is a terribly sad thing to have to see. Thank goodness I am not going back there this visit.
