in one month i'll be livin' in oakland. today we looked at a bunch of apartments and we've already found a place! hooray. and now i don't have to worry about going down there another weekend to look at more dark, dank, overpriced apartments from skeezy elo landlords. and all of you naysayers and doubting thomases who are afraid for me to live in o-town, i'm afraid for you.

oh, and it's only a 30 minute bart trip from happyfrogg ;)
