Left home this morning and drove to Bathurst and went to the Wholefood Kitchen. The lovely Sophie made us coffee and we had brought along the knitted stuff we had in the colours she had said she liked. It's her birthday this month and we wanted to give her something. Have had loads of migraines again lately. Mostly seems to be when I'm out in the sun. I wear my sunglasses all the time but they're not enough. Ruth found out there is an Irlen Lenses place in Bathurst anyway. Going to see if they can transfer the records or if we have to still go up to Newcastle.
