Went to the physio appointment. It was pretty good. The woman was kind and supportive of me using the cane and wheelchair which isn't common. There were a few misunderstandings but overall it was pretty good. She said there's not much the general physio bit can do and I'll be better off at the hydro side, which I agree with. Sunday we went to Paramatta to see Nick. Alisso gave us a lift which was great. The night before Dougall was sitting on my leg and I shifted sideways a bit and most of my pelvis moved but not the hip.
