So have we decided that body fat scales are completely random for proportionately busty gals? Bc over the past month, my weight has been extremely steady - within a 0.4lb range through the heat, the water intake, and my period - but my body fat percentage according to my scale has been steadily decreasing. I've been tracking calories 5-6 days a week and it's been roughly 500 calories/day over what SparkPeople thinks I should eat (if I want to lose 8lbs by the end of the year). I've only been lifting once a week, on average, and up until this week, I was doing cardio 45mins 3x/week. I'd like to believe there's muscle building under there somewhere, but I hate being delusional.
Edit: My clothes weren't fitting well for a while and now they seem to be fitting a teensy bit less unwell - I'm no longer actively worried my sexy jeans will pop open for example. With no data, I'd call it noise.
