The rock whut done me wrong
From Sunday's adventure.
This is just before I pulled my feet to the same face as my hands, at which point I started pushing with my feet and pulling with my hands for one heroic pullup - which sent the rock I was using as a handhold flying. oops.
My parents promised to put it in the garden at their house as a warning to other presumptuous rocks not to come at my head.
Speaking of rocks... anyone want to recommend an introductory geology book, preferably one that's available as an audiobook? The Teaching Company geology class is DVD only and Modern Scholars doesn't have geology (but they do have dinosaurs!).
