This was just beautiful - both the moment itself that Owen is witnessing and your description of it as Owen.

And this whole paragraph was just perfect
They were staring into each other's eyes, and part of me wanted to drop a tray of instruments or something else - just enough to snap them out of a moment that suddenly felt more private than any of the compromising positions we'd managed to walk in on. (And there were plenty of those, not counting Tosh's secret stash of un-deleted CCTV footage. Right pervert, that girl, and I'm so very proud of her.)

The reaction sounds so very Owen, and I love that Tosh un-deletes the CCTV...

She doesn't UN-delete it so much as collect all the times they're not very careful with the deleting. Or forget. Or Jack does it. ;)

Oh wow, this is very lovely! a very beautiful moment between jack and ianto and nice to see it from Owen's pov.

Oh me too! Sadly, this is my only Owen icon, but it gets a LOT of use. I just didn't appreciate him until he was dead.
