And I have "Istanbul (Not Constantinople)" stuck in my head.  The TMBG cover, of course.  I wish I had enough space somewhere in my house to get up and work out some choreography.  That would (a) solve the not-sleepy problem and (b) maybe get this song out of my head.  My current method is not working.
