The Indelicates have their first single out this week on limited 7". I can't remember being this excited about a band since... well since a long while ago. I listen to them and I get that little tight bubble in my chest that I've missed so much the last few months as I was delving further and further back to find new (for me) music I liked. We Hate The Kids was good...BUT i did not realise they were the same band that did W.F.P,D.T.D, which was a pathetic attempt to be savage and clever and...was rubbish. still, we hate the kids was good! YouSendIt some other goodies! :)

Haha, I quite like the Pete Doherty song but yes, it really doesn't reflect them as a band. It is a novelty song really and they're definitely not a novelty band - I'll put some more mp3s up now. xx

Tell me about it! Still, this is one thing I NEED to buy as opposed to merely *need* to buy, which implies there's some alternative. Or at least that's how I'm justifying it to myself. Slightly confusingly. It's too early in the morning, maybe I should go back to sleep... xx

Even if I didn't need this because they're ace, the cover art is the most brilliant thing I've ever seen.

The cover art is amazing, I love everything about them so much.

I'm trying to stop slapping people. Apparently it's not acceptable in civilised cultures. Who knew?! But I'm sure it will be fine and if you feel like slapping me back at any point feel free too. It's going to be wicked, I only hope none of the bands clash. There's too many I want to see! xx

Good stuff, been listening to the Billy Bragg cover loads recently. I think they're playing the Metro on September 2nd if you're about.
