The Indelicates have their first single out this week on limited 7". I can't remember being this excited about a band since... well since a long while ago. I listen to them and I get that little tight bubble in my chest that I've missed so much the last few months as I was delving further and further back to find new (for me) music I liked.

Tell me about it! Still, this is one thing I NEED to buy as opposed to merely *need* to buy, which implies there's some alternative. Or at least that's how I'm justifying it to myself. Slightly confusingly. It's too early in the morning, maybe I should go back to sleep... xx

Even if I didn't need this because they're ace, the cover art is the most brilliant thing I've ever seen.

I'm trying to stop slapping people. Apparently it's not acceptable in civilised cultures. Who knew?! But I'm sure it will be fine and if you feel like slapping me back at any point feel free too. It's going to be wicked, I only hope none of the bands clash. There's too many I want to see! xx

I ordered it off the website, but it seems like you can only get it from the label and they use paypal. Paypal won't let me have a UK card and a US address, so I had to put something in the "county" bit and it says UK. I wrote a message saying PLEASE DO NOT SEND THIS TO AVON, IT IS ACTUALLY IN THE US! God knows if I'll ever actually get it, or if it'll end up abandoned in an Avon post office.

Seriously, if they clash I WILL kill people. If it doesn't get through I can always pick you up a copy - I'm sure it will though, I had the same thing when ordering Swimmer One cds from Scotland. Although then I think I just misread the form. But anyway, they got there. I'm cross now though cos they've cancelled tonight, damn them. If you're still in England on the 9th they're playing 93ft East. xx
