Gossip Slope?

Gossip Girl is filming in Park Slope next week. I know posted about the last time they filmed in Brooklyn Heights but here's why I keep doing it. A: I really do want to stalk Chuck Bass so why not make it a group thing?, and B: Even after five years of being in the city, I'm still kinda excited when I see famous people or see places in TV shows that I've actually been. Yep, I'm a dork.
But GG filming in Brooklyn Heights, at Packer, made perfect sense. Lots of ivy. Fancy school. Brooklyn Heights. But the notice I saw for filming in Park Slope was on 5th Ave and 16th St. And even a sign on the Prospect Ave. Expressway. What the HECK are they doing that they need grungy 5th Ave as a backdrop?? Dan has car trouble on the way to a writer's retreat (in Propect Park)? Nate's Sugar Mama kidnaps him and hides him in the back of a bodega, forcing him to "work" off his "debt?" No! Nate's going to his secret man-bangs extentions supplier! Maybe they're filming at the Grand Prospect Hall!!!!!! I'm totally intrigued as to where this season is going to take us.
But it's probably something boring like the exterior shots of the dumb boho coffee shop/gallery Rufus "Cool Dad" Humphrey is running with Vanessa. Or maybe it's street life in "Williamsburg." Maybe it's Vanessa's "neighborhood." You know, even more low rent than "Williamsburg." Funny how we know so little about her backstory. Oh, I know why. Because we don't care.
