Last Day
Good Morning, the sun is shining and I hope is warmer than it has been in the last few days. I actually have been awake since 6 when the kittens decided to knock over some papers on the cedar chest. Some of them were from doctor appointments and insurance stuff that I put in the spare room. The others were letters from pen pals. I am seriously considering to write this afternoon after my lunch date with Roberta. I am just finishing up the Charmed triple play.
Today is my last day of Vacation for a while. I know I may not have done a lot but it was a good vacation anyway. A Part of me needed to just sleep and get rested (and get through the flare up) and the other part wanted to get some things done at a snails pace. That doesn’t mean I won’t take anymore time off soon if Jim does decide to come up next week.
Today though I need to go clean off the car before I leave for Trumbull to meet Roberta for lunch. I was going to go in a nice pair of jeans and a blouse but decided to wear the black pair of pants and a red top and sweater jacket. I don’t want to embarrass either of us. She is the Deputy Tax Collector and has been there for 20 years now. I don’t know where we are planning on going but whatever she recommends I know it will be great.
I better get going because like I said need to clean off the car and get ready for today. I will need to stop by the pet supply company plus because the five lbs of kitty food is there.
When I get home I am going to do the floors downstairs again.
