Dear Friends:
Happy Monday! I hope your day has started well. I am thrilled to say mine did as well. I managed to get up in plenty of time for work and to get a little computer time in before leaving for work. I had to get gas and the drive in was fine. It didn’t even bother me that traffic was slowing down in West Haven (again). I have resigned myself to the fact that the traffic begins to slow at a certain point by a certain time. Either I live with it or adjust to it. That means leaving the house earlier than I normally do.
It has been a cloudy and showers kind of day and it isn’t supposed to get out of the 60’s today. The rest of the week its supposed to be sunny and seasonal temperatures. The latest Tropical Storm is Ingrid and is making landfall in the Gulf Coast. There is a little section on the weather page that tells you who of your friends and family on facebook who will be affected by it. I have a few of them.
My ankle is still giving me a little trouble when I turn on it. If it gets really bad I will find some tylenol or something. The rest of the body seems to painfree Let’s hope it stays that way.
Liz called me this afternoon and asked me to come over and chat before going home. This is off putting because she was vague and I am not sure what she has in mind. I know there were some conversations between the three of them over the weekend in which Mom will not tell me about it. My mind is racing with questions and I am just a bit tired right now.
