I decided to start back on my medicine because I was in so much pain yesterday.  My hands were double the size as normal.  What the fuck is going on?  Why are they so puffy?  Oh for the love of God, what is going on with me?

I'm completely numb inside. I can't cry, can't laugh, can't do anything.
