i would have made a bad film student. i loved august rush. well, loved is a strong word. i liked it immensely and will watch it again. it was a little too sappy sweet, but keri russel always reminds me of a fairy so it had a touch of the magical realm in it for me, which i guess enchanted me to it.

ah well.

i'm interested in your book. how is it classified as fantasy? what are the fantastic elements? sounds like regular fiction. i'd read it anyway, but i am curious. :)

I tried to get into Friday Night Lights, and then I finally stopped myself and was like, "Dude, you hate football and you hate soaps. Why are you watching this?" Not saying it's not a good show, but it's just not up my alley.
