Yep, so it seems the parents are moving out to California which leaves me in a bit of a quandary.They are in California right now meeting with my father's future employers and will be meeting with the real estate agent tomorrow morning. I can still hope that they will not offer my dad enough money to move out there seeing as the cost of living is astronomical, but they probably will. Ugh, sometimes I really hate pharmaceutical companies. My father does not seem to realize that no matter what pharmaceutical company he works for as soon as they become successful the same bureaucratic bullshit will happen that has happened at every other pharmaceutical company he has worked at thus far. He would do best to stick it out at J&J instead of risking it all on a start up company that doesn't have any products on the market! Aargh!!! Even though I won't be moving this affects me as much as it does them and I think I should have a say in the decision but I doubt I will. I will get the usual horseshit about this is what is best for my father because he is so upset at his current job and how he is getting sick and that if he moves to another company all his problems will disappear and he will be happy again. I have heard this same story every time we have moved and it always ends the same way...in yet another move.
