Yesterday was a gorgeous blue late summer day. The temperature was not cold in the morning nor hot later. Perfect for cycling. I rode about 90K up Vancouver Island to a ferry across to Saltspring Island then 20K down Saltspring to another ferry back to Vancouver Island for the 30K ride home. Whew!

Wow! Has anyone checked out the 'map' option on Flickr? You can place all your pictures on a zoomable world map. On the big view my pictures are lumped together in various regions but as you zoom in they separate out so you can see ewxactly which town I took them in. Be warned, it's not instantaneous.
